Review the written scope
Receive a basic commercial estimate at no extra charge, with assumptions, labor, required computing, deliverables, a spending ceiling, and expected milestones. Detailed protocol development is paid after approval.
Approve the engagement
Agree on the scientific methods, data-sharing restrictions, authorized hardware/cloud providers, intellectual-property terms, fees, and payment arrangements before substantial work begins.
Execution and quality control
We prepare systems, run approved computational work, document environments and parameters, track issues, and perform agreed method-specific validation and analysis.
Receive results and interpretation
Receive the agreed scientific outputs and a technical summary, including relevant methods and limitations. Additional follow-up work is available under a new or extended scope.
